Child Health Checkup Packages in Gurgaon — Screening That Makes Sense
A child's checkup should be built by pediatricians, not by a lab's price list. Ours screen what evidence says matters at each age — and skip what doesn't.

What should a child's annual health checkup include?
A meaningful annual checkup for a child includes growth measurement plotted on standard charts, blood pressure from age 3, developmental and behavioural screening, vision and hearing checks, dental review, vaccination catch-up, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, and targeted tests — commonly hemoglobin for anemia and vitamin D where indicated. Broad 'full body' lab panels add cost, not value, in healthy children.

Understanding
Why Structured Checkups Beat 'Full Body Panels'
Childhood problems that matter — anemia, growth faltering, vision defects, blood pressure, developmental delay — are found by examination and targeted screening, not 40-test panels
Iron-deficiency anemia affects a large share of Indian children and is silent until screened
Undetected vision problems masquerade as 'not interested in studies'
Early blood-pressure and BMI trends predict adult health — and are correctable now
Over-testing healthy children produces false alarms, repeat draws and anxiety
One pediatrician reviewing everything beats a report PDF nobody explains

“We were told to wait and see. We did not, and I am so glad. The therapist identified exactly what was holding him back. Six months later he is chatting non-stop.”

Questions
What parents usually ask us
My child seems perfectly healthy. Why do a checkup?+
Because the conditions worth catching — anemia, vision defects, growth faltering, rising blood pressure, developmental gaps — are precisely the ones with no obvious symptoms. Annual structured screening finds them years before they'd announce themselves.
Do children need vitamin D and B12 tests every year?+
Not routinely. We test when risk factors or findings suggest it — limited sun exposure, dietary patterns, symptoms — rather than annually by default. Sensible supplementation is often more useful than repeated testing in healthy children.
At what age do checkups start and how often?+
Well-visits run frequently through infancy (aligned with vaccination), then annually from age 2–3 onward. School-age and adolescent checkups add vision, blood pressure, BMI, puberty and lifestyle screening appropriate to age.
Can school medical forms be completed at the checkup?+
Yes — school health forms, fitness certificates and sports participation clearances are completed during the same visit, based on the actual examination.
