We strongly prefer a quick call or WhatsApp first — it usually means near-zero waiting. Genuinely urgent children are seen regardless; a child with breathing difficulty is taken in immediately, appointment or not.
The clinic is closed on Sundays. For urgent Sunday concerns, use the nearest hospital emergency department; for advice on ongoing treatment, message us on WhatsApp and we respond when the clinic reopens.
