Parent stories
What families say
“Our son was not saying a single word at 2.5. Within four months at Siraa he was putting two and three words together. The parent coaching made the biggest difference.”
Priya M.
DLF Phase 4
“We were told to wait and see. We did not, and I am so glad. The therapist identified exactly what was holding him back. Six months later he is chatting non-stop.”

“What sets Siraa apart is that they treat you as a partner, not just a parent dropping off a child. Every session I left feeling more capable and less worried.”

Questions
What parents usually ask us
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?+
Message or call first, even from the car, it lets us slot you in with minimal waiting and prioritise correctly. Genuine urgencies are never turned away; a child with breathing difficulty is seen immediately, appointment or not.
What should I bring to a sick visit?+
The vaccination/health record, a list or photo of current medicines with doses and timings, any recent reports, and your own notes, fever readings, number of vomits or loose stools, videos of episodes like unusual breathing or movements.
Will my child automatically be prescribed antibiotics?+
No. Most acute childhood illnesses are viral and antibiotics don't help them. We prescribe antibiotics when the examination indicates a bacterial infection, and explain why or why not, every time.
What if my child gets worse at night after the visit?+
Your take-home plan lists exactly which changes mean 'message us in the morning' versus 'go to emergency now'. For red-flag signs, breathing difficulty, drowsiness, dehydration, non-blanching rash, go to the nearest emergency without waiting.
